LIGHT INDUSTRIAL COATING SERVICES

Safety on industrial sites truly is the number one concern. All of our painters are hired from local IUPAT office. The painters union provides their members with first aid, a fitted respirator, AWP training, and other specific training. Our project management staff are advocates for the painters. The managers are all trained to encourage painters to speak up about safety concerns so that hazards can be addressed quickly. This collaboration promotes a safety mindset amongst everyone!

PROJECT SUCCESS FACTORS

PROJECT SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK

We will work with you to understand your needs and leverage our experience and the expertise of our coating suppliers to come up with the best coatings for your project. We will then create a schedule and collaborate on area closures with you to ensure the smoothest project possible.

SAFETY MANAGEMENT

We manage our employee's safety with complete diligence. Coating application creates unique risks for inhalation and eye contact. We take every practicable step to ensure our painters' safety! We will also create working plans with your input to keep your employees and visitors safe while we are working. No visitor will have an opportunity to walk under an extended AWP. Every person deserves to feel safe at work, not just our painters!

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We have an entire quality management program in place to ensure that your project is completed properly. The investment you are making in the longevity of your asset by having it recoated is not to be disrespected. With this in mind, we will provide you with a long lasting product that will protect your asset!

PROJECT HAND OVER

You will be provided with a custom Owner's Manual at the close out of the project. This manual includes what coating system was applied where and how/when it should be recoated in the future.
